Man-made underground passages?

Man-made underground passages?, possibly natural caves

What is recorded here

Question marks and cave doubts still cling to the name, but the passages may have been human after all. If so, they belonged to people clever enough to cut through living rock when the surface offered no way through. Perhaps they built a hidden route for trade, flight or worship, then let the mountains forget the shape of their hands.
The official Northern Ireland record identifies this as Man-made underground passages? - possibly natural caves. Recorded period: E.CHRIST.. The official map point was placed at the centre of the recorded archaeological site from the source map reference.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
