Under Slaghtneill in County Derry, a man-made passage descends into darkness beside a possible Rath, marking human ingenuity across the centuries. The chamber may have served trade, ritual or refuge, while the surrounding land preserved the shape of hands that dug it. People walked past ordinary fields above, unaware that below them a hidden room still waits for light.
