Circular enclosure KE020-034---- appears on the 1842 and 1897 OS maps. According to the landowner, it contained a fine Man-made underground passage (KE020-034001-). However, it has been completely levelled, and no surface trace remains today.
The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle. Brandon in association with FAS Training and Employment Authority (1995), no. 697. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
