Knockasarnet holds a whispered creepway beneath its briars, a stone-capped chamber waiting for someone brave enough to crawl through the dark. The earth may have swallowed the entrance or the boundaries may have shifted, but the shape remains probable in the ground. A house was built beside the rath in the 1990s and the chamber did not appear, which suggests either that it is smaller than memory claims or that it is hidden where human tools stop listening.

In a rath (KE058-093001-). According to the landowner, there is a stone-capped cavern or creepway under the briars in the interior of the rath. A linear feature (L c. 5m; Wth 3m), on a NW-SE axis, which abuts the internal face of the inner bank at E, may be part of the Man-made underground passage. No trace of the Man-made underground passage was noted, however, when the interior of the rath was cleared in the 1990s during the construction of a house to the E of the rath.
