What is recorded here
Kilvinane held a man-made underground passage near a burial ground until collapse buried it again. The chamber closed so quickly that people stopped looking for the exact spot. What remains is a missing shape in the earth, perhaps a doorway, perhaps a trap, but no longer visible to argue with.
Earthen chamber collapsed some years ago near burial ground (CO108-056---) infilled immediately. Exact location not known.
