Kilpatrick holds a hidden tunnel beneath its rath, waiting for patience rather than force. The earth gave way during horse ploughing to reveal the small passage, suggesting human hands shaped the darkness long before modern tools arrived.
In a rath (CO096-108001-). According to local information there is a possible Man-made underground passage associated with this rath. It is remembered locally that the ground collapsed when the field was being ploughed with horses and a 'little tunnel' was revealed.
