Man-made underground passage in Keerglen

Keerglen holds a buried chamber inside a rectangular house, tucked into the southwest quadrant of an ancient rath. The entrance has vanished beneath rubble and soil, but the hollow shape still marks where human hands cut through earth. Perhaps people descended there to hide, pray or remember what the surface world forgot. The chamber waits patient under the grass, keeping its own time.
