Glanballyma holds a collapsed underground passage beneath a ringfort, visible only as a long narrow depression in pasture. People dug through solid earth there, perhaps to hide, meditate or control access during storms. The roof fell, the entrance vanished, and the hole became a shallow scar on a west-facing slope. What remains is a ghost of intention: a line in grass where human hands once shaped darkness.

In the course of archaeological fieldwork carried out in 1985, a long narrow depression (L 13m; Wth 6.5m; D 0.55m), possibly indicating the presence of a collapsed Man-made underground passage, was visible in the SW quadrant of a ringfort (KE022-011----).
