No visible passage remains, only a shallow depression on the south-western edge of a levelled Garragort ringfort. Bowman recorded that this dimple marked a man-made underground passage in 1934, yet the earth has swallowed the entrance and perhaps the purpose behind it. The fort still stands broad and featureless, keeping its own counsel about what disappeared beneath it.

In levelled ringfort (CO016-087---). Bowman (1934, 622) noted that a 'depression on the south-western part of the fort, indicates the site of a Man-made underground passage'.
