That is the largest chamber recorded in the survey. The largest chamber recorded is the one beneath the rath. The others are smaller or less complete. The chamber beneath the rath is the largest because it is the only one large enough to enter and walk through unharmed.

Univallate rath KE042-070---- is situated on the low-lying land SE of Smerwick Harbour. A large prostrate slab, in the E sector of the raised area within the interior, could possibly be part of a Man-made underground passage KE042-070001-. The above description is derived from J.
