Lisnamullaghaun, the ringfort of the wethers, still holds a man-made underground passage in its north sector. The drystone chamber remains visible, curving southeast from a tunnel that pierced the bank, while a second chamber sits 2.6m to the west. The fort stands slightly above the sloping pasture, preserving rooms built for storage, refuge or ritual beneath an ordinary Kerry field.

Lisnamullaghaun/Lios na Moltachán (ringfort of the wethers; KE009-060----). This is a sub-circular univallate cahir, situated on pastureland which is gently sloping S. The interior is at a higher level than the surrounding land and in the N sector of the interior are the remains of a Man-made underground passage (KE009-060001-). The drystone walling of the chamber is clearly visible. The tunnel would appear to extend through the N bank to the chamber and then curves SE. W of this chamber at a distance of c 2.6m is another chamber. In the W sector of the interior is a mound of stones, 3.6m N-S and 3m E- W; c 1m SW is a small depression, 1.4m N-S, 1.2m E-W and .4m deep. The above description is derived from C.
