Drombohilly Upper hides a man-made underground passage beside a vanished rath on a west-facing slope above a river valley. B. Ó Ciobháin recorded both, yet grass and time have erased every mark they left behind. The site exists now only in memory and measurement, a ghostly chamber waiting beneath ordinary pasture.

In pasture, on an elevation, on a W-facing slope overlooking a river valley. B. Ó Ciobháin recorded a rath (KE109-025----) and a Man-made underground passage at this location (SMR file). There are no visible remains of either the rath or the possible Man-made underground passage. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
