Man-made underground passage in Doire Fhionáin Mór

A stone-built Man-made underground passage passage, aligned N-S, was reputedly discovered at this location in the woods surrounding Darrynane House (local information). It was blocked up in 1990, and now lies beneath a trackway. A second Man-made underground passage (KE106-136----) is reputed to lie W of the Lodge House in the woods, but its exact location could not be identified. Neither site is marked on the OS maps.
