What is recorded here
No visible chamber, no chamber fit for a standing adult. The site presents as a collapsed passage inside a rath, now a grassed groove that bends from the northern scarp and runs south. Stone fragments at one end suggest people cut and lined it before roof, memory and purpose vanished.
Located in a rath (MA062-100001). There is a collapsed/roofless Man-made underground passage passage in the N half of the rath interior. It is evident as a grassed-over, linear depression (Wth 1-1.7m; D 0.6m) which extends from the rath scarp at N for 3m to SSE, then swings to S for 8m. Remnants of stone facing are visible at the N end.
