What is recorded here

In pasture, on the N side of a road in undulating countryside to the N of Dunmanway. In the 1930s an earth-cut Man-made underground passage was discovered here (NMI file). It was described as consisting of three chambers joined by a small passage. According to local information in 2005, it extends N from under a road and roadside fence and into the pasture field.
