Man-made underground passage in Claremadden

No visible stones, only a shadow line in the grass, yet the ground dips two metres where human hands carved an L-shaped chamber beneath the rath. The passage stretches north-south for eleven metres before bending east for eight, a hidden room large enough for several people to stand inside. Perhaps it served as a shelter, a treasury, or a place for rituals when storms broke the sky above Claremadden.
