What is recorded here
Situated within the N wall of a cashel (CL009-079----), near the NW corner. This inaccessible Man-made underground passage passage (visible L 3.6m; Wth 1.4m; max. D 0.8m) is oriented E-W and is covered by lintels. Its W end is overgrown by hazel trees. There is a possible collapsed circular chamber at the E end. Around this is built a later drystone wall (diam. 2m) which adjoins a house of indeterminate date (CL009-079003-) overlying the cashel wall.
