Barnageeragh is a man-made underground passage within a ringfort in County Dublin, Ireland. It ran north-south beside a circular chamber just outside the house entrance. A decorated bone comb emerged from its fills, suggesting someone combated hair or thought in that dark space before the passage filled and waited.

Excavated (Licence no. 06E0477) in advance of development, a Man-made underground passage was identified within a ringfort (DU005-145001-). Located just outside the entrance to the house (DU005-145002-), the Man-made underground passage passage was orientated roughly N – S of a circular chamber. A decorated bone comb (type D) was recovered from the fills of the Man-made underground passage (Corcoran 2009, 43). Compiled by: Christine Baker Date of upload: 2 February 2015
