Terraced single-bay two-storey house, extant 1838[?], with "shopfront" to ground floor. Reroofed. Now disused. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof with lichen-covered clay ridge tiles terminating in rendered chimney stack having stepped capping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Rendered walls. "Shopfront" to ground floor. Square-headed window opening (first floor) with cut-limestone sill[?], and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash window. Street fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.
