What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1885, now in use as retail outlet. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystack and rooflights. Rendered walls with render quoins, moulded render windows surrounds and moulded render panel between first and second floors. Timber sash windows to upper floors. Fixed window and glazed door to ground floor, having fascia above.
Built as a pair with the adjoining former house to the south, this pair form part of an interesting terrace of eighteenth- and nineteenth-century former houses on the west side of Parnell Place. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, the façade of the building is enhanced by the retention of the timber sash windows and the decorative render detail.
