Trimragh Church and Burial Ground stood on marshy slopes above the River Swilly before railway works erased the last visible trace. People buried their dead there, watched services there, and trusted the ground to hold what they loved. The line cut through that trust, dragging stone, memory and perhaps bones into construction. Forgetting followed quickly, but the slope still drops toward water and the church is gone.

Although not marked on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map the 2nd and 3rd editions show this as the site of a church (DG053-028) and burial ground (DG053-028001-). No trace of it now survives and it was probably destroyed by the building of the railway line (Kinahan 1885-86, 426). Situated on the lower marshy slopes of a hill rising from the River Swilly.
