What is recorded here

In pasture, on a W-facing slope. A circular area (19.1m N-S; 19m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.05m) which is covered with overgrowth and denuded in places. The remains of a fosse are visible ESE-S and W-NW. The interior is level. Lissabamarky is a circular earthen ringfort, likely dating to the early medieval period, with a bank and fosse indicating defensive or agricultural use. Local tradition associates such sites with fairy lore, and it may have been considered a place of supernatural significance in folklore.
