Lisnalragaun is a fairy fort in County Clare, Ireland. Its earthen walls still stand against the sky, marking a boundary between the ordinary world and the hidden life said to move through such places. People may have built the ring for residence or defence, yet local tradition hands the fortress to fairy beings, suggesting human ownership ended long before memory faded. The clay remains solid while the story stretches backward into darkness, waiting for someone bold enough to walk its perimeter at midnight.
