Castle Coeffin is a post-Medieval fish trap in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. Its exact position remains uncertain within one hundred metres, a small margin that creates a large ghost on modern charts. The site may mark a forgotten joint where human ingenuity met tidal force, yet no clear path leads to it now. Coeffin itself resists definition, preserving only the shape of a place that once captured life from water.
