Lisabram is a fairy fort in County Cork, Ireland. Its earthen bank still stands twenty-three centimetres high outside and fifteen inside, enclosing a circular pasture space forty-eight metres across. Two narrow breaks mark the NNE and WNW, as if the fort kept its own doors when human fences took the rest. A low concentric rise sits eight metres inside the main bank, and a possible underground passage lies hidden in the NW quadrant. Cattle graze above what may be a chamber no longer walked.

In pasture. Circular area (48.3m N-S; 46m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.5m; ext. H 2.3m) with shallow external fosse to N and E. Bank incorporated into field fence system to S and W; inner face of bank to S has single stepped profile. Break in bank to NNE (Wth 2.3m) and WNW (Wth 2m). Low rise (int. H 0.35m; ext. H 0.6m) W->NE, concentric with and c. 8m inside enclosing bank. Possible Man-made underground passage (CO038-02102-) in NW quadrant. Laneway skirts bank on SW side. Lisabram, Coolykeerane is a circular earthen ringfort, likely dating to the early medieval period, characterized by a pronounced internal bank and a shallow external fosse. Local tradition associates such sites with fairy dwellings, and they were often avoided due to beliefs in supernatural inhabitants.
