Lintrathen

Wreck

What is recorded here

The National Monuments Record of Wales records Lintrathen as Wreck from the Modern period. The saved point comes from the official national record. Inclusion does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
The Lintrathen was a coaster that sank in 1899 off the coast of Wales after striking a rock. Though the exact number of casualties is unclear, it is known that several crew members died; its wreck is now recorded as a modern-period shipwreck in the National Monuments Record of Wales.

The historic-place record does not grant public access. Check current conditions and ownership before entering land or a building.
