Leighmore Church (in ruins)

National Monument No. 266. Small early medieval rectangular church (ext. dims. 5.09m N-S; 8.26m E-W; wall T 0.7m) built with coursed limestone rubble on a protruding basal plinth with rebuilt trabeate W doorway. There are antae protruding from both gable ends with a small single-light round-headed window in the E gable (Leask 1955, 62).
