Terraced three-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1820, now in use as offices. Pitched tile roof with rendered chimneystack and dormer additions. Rendered walls with replacement uPVC windows to upper floors. Shopfront, c. 1995, to ground floor.
This former house forms part of an interesting terrace of eighteenth- and nineteenth-century former houses on the west side of Parnell Place. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, this building remains an integral part of this notable group.
