Lackenreagh Fort is a fairy fort in County Clare, an earthen ring where the boundary between human law and old magic thins. People may have lived there before fear or wonder moved them elsewhere, leaving behind a hollow circle that still resists ordinary explanation. The land keeps its own counsel, and the fort remains a reminder that some places belong to patience rather than ownership.
