Knocknacullia Fort is a fairy fort in County Clare, an earthen ring where the boundary between human and hidden life grows thin. People may have built it, forgotten it, or refused to enter it because the land already belonged to someone else. The ridge still stands like a withheld answer, waiting for patience instead of tools.
