Single-arch hump back bridge over river, extant 1838. Coursed rough cut limestone walls with rough cut limestone coping to parapets. Single segmental arch with tooled limestone ashlar voussoirs centred on tooled cut-limestone double keystones. Sited spanning Moyour River with unkempt banks to river.

A bridge representing an integral component of the civil engineering heritage of County Mayo with the architectural value of the composition suggested not only by the construction in a rough cut limestone with "sparrow pecked" demonstrating good quality workmanship, but also by the elegant "sweep" of the arch making a pleasing visual statement at a crossing over the Moyour River.
