Detached multiple-bay three-storey college dormitory, c.1945, on a quadrangular plan, with single-storey entrance section and later three-storey range to west. Smooth and roughcast rendered walls with channelled ground floor. Timber sash windows and uPVC casement windows. Hipped slate roofs with rendered chimney stacks.

A large complex of buildings retaining some original features such as windows, the institutional feel of which is attenuated by careful massing, mature planting and the open parkland setting.
