Killeen Burial Ground is a disused rectangular site in County Cork, Ireland, marked on an 1842 map and partially enclosed by a low stone bank and field fence. Grave markers and two low mounds remain visible in the rough grazing, while O'Donoghue mentioned a church or Mass-house that no longer shows any surface trace. The place holds the quiet weight of forgotten ritual, where faith and death once shared the same slope before time buried even the building that gave the ground its name.

Rectangular area (18m N-S; 16.7m E-W) partially enclosed by field fence to S and E and by stone bank to W (H 0.25m). Grave markers and two low mounds (SE quadrant) noted in interior. O'Donoghue (1986, 13) mentions a 'church or Mass-house' in this burial ground; no visible surface trace. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
