What is recorded here

Killeen is a children's burial ground in County Mayo, Ireland. The green field holds small graves where young lives ended before their time. Adults may have carried tiny bodies through rain and darkness to lay them beside one another. The children waited for adulthood that never came, their laughter lost inside the soil.
