What is recorded here

Kill is a vanished child burial ground on the west side of a County Cork road, reduced to a cross-slab set into the roadside wall. Children may have been laid beneath ordinary traffic, their names lost while the stone endured. The road still passes the place where young lives ended, turning a mundane journey into a quiet reminder that death once belonged beside the way.
