Justin Keating

Killakee in Rathfarnham was the childhood home of Justin Keating, the veterinarian who became a Labour minister. His mother May and father Seán filled that house with socialist argument and republican friendship, shaping the boy who would one day challenge corporate power and defend human rights. The kitchen table was a drafting room for conscience, where a child learned that truth must bend when evidence appears.
