Jedburgh, Castlegate and Galahill, Castlegate Cemetery is a 19th Century cemetery in the Scottish Borders. It stands beside Castlegate, where stone and soil have kept the dead while the living town changed around them. The precision of its location suggests a place marked deliberately, not forgotten.
