Terraced two-bay two-storey house with dormer attics, built c. 1860. Renovated, c. 1935, with render shopfront inserted to ground floor and render decorative shield name plate to first floor. Renovated and refenestrated in latter part of twentieth century. Part of a terrace of twelve. Pitched artificial slate roof with cast-iron roof-light, rendered chimneystacks, cast-iron gutter, hipper and square downpipe. Rendered snecked limestone walls. Shopfront comprising decorative motifs, raised lettering and dentillated moulded cornice. Street fronted.
