Pitched artificial slate roofs having rendered chimneystacks, ceramic ridge tiles, timber clad eaves and replacement uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls with platbands and roughcast render to gabled dormer windows. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills throughout having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front and side elevations. Square-headed door opening with sidelights to front elevation with glazed timber door and overlight. Set within own grounds along roadside.

One of two houses along this road built in the same style, sited to maximise views over the bay. The façade is greatly enlivened by the combination of the gabled dormers and canted bays. It maintains much of its historic character with the retention of key features including sash windows, render detail and a slate roof.
