Inscribed stone in Limerick City,irishtown: In St John's graveyard, a Latin-inscribed plaque in the churchyard wall records the repair of that wall in 1693. The stone still stands beside the burial ground, marking the year the boundary was rebuilt and the district continued to hold its dead within a visible line.
