Inishdaff Island Graveyard is a cemetery in County Mayo, Ireland. Perhaps the island held people who refused mainland burial, maybe children of storms or daft lovers who wanted salt air on their graves. Imagine carts crossing water at low tide, bodies wrapped in oilcloth, men arguing about prayer while gulls circled. Perhaps the isle kept what the coast would not release.
