On S side of road. Rectangular kiln with front elevation (SW) has arched recess (H c. 2m; Wth c. 2.4m; D c. 2m) with lower inner arch. Front wall (H c. 4m; Wth c. 7m) has two horizontal ledges, at mid height of recess and just above recess arch. Shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map.
