Located towards the bottom of the E-facing slope of a NNE-SSW ridge. This is a rectangular overgrown area (dims. c. 38m N-S; c. 30m E-W) defined by a slight bank on all sides except the S with outer moats (Wth 2-5m; max. D 2m at N) on each side. (Barry 1977, 227, WX 108)
