Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Mote Demesne, County Roscommon, Ireland. Marked similarly on the 1837 and 1915 Ordnance Survey maps, it sits towards the top of a north-northwest-facing slope on a northeast-southwest ridge. The oval platform measures 46.5 metres west-northwest-east-southeast and 28.7 metres north-northeast-south-southwest, with a beech plantation inside a wide fosse and outer bank. No original entrance is visible, though the inner fosse face has an almost vertical stone lining.
Marked similarly on the 1837 and 1915 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the top of the NNW-facing slope of a NE-SW ridge. This is an oval platform with a beech plantation (dims 46.5m WNW-ESE; 28.7m NNE-SSW) defined by a fosse (Wth of top 7m; Wth of base 1.1-1.4m; int. D 1.55-2.1m; ext. D 1.75-2.7m) and an outer bank (Wth 5.8-8.8m; H 0.3-0.4m). There is no identifiable original entrance and the inner face of the fosse has an almost vertical stone facing. There is spoil on the outer bank NE-SE and a pond outside it to the NW.
