Built against natural slope. Front S-facing; heavily overgrown with arched recess (Wth 2.6m; D 2.7m), front of recess partially infilled with rubble, stoking hole evident. Funnel infilled; rear of kiln collapsed. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
