What is recorded here

In rough scrub and pastureland. Poorly preserved circular enclosure (D 33m) defined by a drystone wall, heavily overgrown in parts and varying considerably in thickness (0.7-8.7m). An entrance at W could be original, but the whole enclosure may be modern. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Galway Vol. I - West Galway'.
