Hachured as circular enclosure on OS 6-inch map (1842) (diam. c. 30m). Defined by earthen bank (H 1.4m), stone faced in parts. Interior and bank heavily overgrown and inaccessible. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
