What is recorded here

On a moderately steep W-facing slope surrounded by rough outcropping rock and rough grazing and situated within the field system (CL002-033001-) on the E side of the valley between Gleninagh ‘Mountain’ and Cappanawalla Hill. Visible on Ordnance Survey orthophoto (1995) and on a Cambridge aerial photograph taken in 1970 (CUCAP BDM053). A subcircular enclosure (int. dims. 6m N–S; 5m E–W) defined by a well-built drystone wall (Wth 1.2-1.4m; H 1m) with an entrance (Wth 0.6m) at NW. Possibly used as an animal pen.
