What is recorded here

Indicated is a heavily overgrown fairy fort on a sloping terrace in County Cork, its oval stone-faced bank rising just over a metre before disappearing into scarped earth and forgotten fields. The removed fences and creeping vegetation suggest the place escaped human notice for generations, becoming a quiet container for stories rather than a documented home. Yet the deliberate stone facing hints someone shaped the land long before the grass reclaimed it, leaving behind a boundary visible only to those patient enough to look.

On terrace of land sloping down to S. Oval enclosure (27m E-W; 21m N-S) enclosed by stone-faced bank (max. H 1.3m; Wth 1.8m) running S->N, scarp elsewhere. Heavily overgrown.
