What is recorded here

Indicated is a fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland, where the earth still holds the shape of a ring. It is the kind of place people avoid at night, not from fear of men but from fear of what the dark might return. The grass grows thick around its edge, as if the soil itself refuses to be walked.
